Main-net Platform Update The initial launch sequence I stated on the last YT Live will be changing. This will disappoint some people which I understand but please read on to understand the reasons and why it is so important we launch the best version of our new platform with serious marketing behind it. The desktop version was completed on Friday and over the weekend we worked on refining the mobile version based on the previous timelines I have stated. I wasn't 100% on the results in some areas and I have to make tough decisions at times as I know we can release something much better and more complete given some extra time. We get one shot at making a big impact so it has to be 100% right. Following numerous meetings with our development team, marketing partners and our gaming partners we have decided to launch to Founding Members (pre-sale) first on the 21st November. A few days later this will be followed by the Metacaders (staking pool v2) and then the general public shortly after that. There was a serious temptation still to push live on my part but I am lucky to have a strong team and partners who have expressed the following opportunities if we push the launch and focus on the following; Marketing - Our partners have emphasised that a 2 week 'go to market' campaign will have a much bigger impact on the launch and give us time to finalise the other affiliate partnerships we have in discussion. I will be presenting our 'go to market' strategy on Thursday on a YT live where marketing will be the only focus. Partner Functionality - This won't mean much to you gamers and pass holders but this extra window allows us to fully deploy a partner toolkit that will be unrivalled in the space. A self serve dashboard that gaming partners can deliver untold value to our community on a daily basis. This was roadmapped internally for Dec but this can now be pushed live upon launch. We want the big titles to land at Metacade and giving them this will go along way in the signing them. Gaming Partners - You would have noticed that partnerships are increasing weekly, the quality of games growing and with that, much larger communities being exposed to Metacade. A number of our 'coming soon' partners launch games and utilities in Nov so following a number of discussions they are prepared to fully align and commit real value to the platform. Conclusion; A small delay is always a tough pill to swallow particularly when you state publicly the dates in advance so lesson learnt on my side but I stand by the decision to align everything we have worked on for the last year and make sure it is incredibly well co-ordinated and reaches new users and new investors at scale once we push the button.
